A 642 m² urban lot on Calle del Campanario, in Villa de los Frailes, one of the established residential neighbourhoods of San Miguel de Allende. The plot is a long rectangle: it fronts the street on its eastern side and runs back westwards, some 130 metres from Avenida Fray Juan de San Miguel.

The lot is fenced along its whole perimeter with chain-link and a gate to the street, and backs onto houses that are already built: white masonry walls on two of its sides and a stone wall at the rear. Several mature mesquite trees stand on the plot and shade much of it.

Villa de los Frailes lies southeast of the centre, next to Parque de La Presa and Calle Principal de los Frailes, with the historic centre and the Parroquia a few minutes away by car.
