A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. Below we explain, transparently, what is currently used on this site.

Current status

Today the site does not install tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from the site itself (they are not loaded from third parties).

Analytics (when enabled)

We plan to add Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure, in aggregate, the use of the site and improve it. When enabled, GA4 may install its own measurement cookies. This notice will be updated at that time with the corresponding detail.

Maps

Property pages display a map with images (tiles) served by CARTO and OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser makes requests to those services; those providers may log technical data (such as your IP address) under their own policies. These services are not used to profile you for advertising purposes.

Form and messaging

The contact form is processed on the site itself, and WhatsApp links open the provider's app or site; the processing of the data you send is governed by our Privacy Notice.

How to manage cookies

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking them does not prevent use of the site, since it currently does not rely on cookies to function.
