Two matching houses side by side, newly built and never lived in, on Calle Presidente Jesús Ezqueda, in a growing residential development in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato. They are sold separately: the $3,150,000 price is for ONE house, not for the pair.

Each house rises over two storeys on an 8 x 20 metre lot (160 m²) and repeats the same programme: living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, a multi-purpose room, a walled rear yard still waiting to be landscaped (it has a bare earth floor today), a covered laundry area with a concrete sink, and two parking spaces on the open concrete driveway at the front.
