New two-storey house with 2 bedrooms in San José Iturbide

A brand-new two-storey house on Calle El Salitre, in a growing neighbourhood of San José Iturbide, Guanajuato. The lot measures 6 x 20 metres (120 m²), taken up by the house itself, a concrete front yard used as parking, and a rear yard.
